Transdev is Hiring a Junior Project Officer - Battery Electric Trains (VIE) – Leipzig, Germany

Key Responsibilities :
As part of the development of sustainable rail operations, Transdev Mitteldeutschland is looking for a Junior Project Officer to support the implementation and operation of battery electric trains. Based in Leipzig, the V.I.E will contribute to innovative rail mobility projects and work closely with operational and technical teams involved in the deployment of new traction technologies.

Within the project team, the V.I.E. will support the operational deployment and monitoring of battery-powered trains.
Main responsibilities include:

- Supporting the operational planning and implementation of battery electric trains in coordination with specialist departments and train drivers
- Analysing and documenting operating data, charging cycles and performance indicators for the new vehicules
- Working with experts to develop concepts for training and operational processes
- Acting as a contact point for internal and external questions related to the new vehicules
- Supporting project coordination and reporting activities related to sustainable rail operations.
