Within our Cloud R&D division ArrowSphere (around 80 employees), the Product team is responsible for successfully managing the evolution of our cloud commerce platform.
ArrowSphere helps channel partners manage, differentiate, and scale their cloud business. Our marketplace includes all major hyperscalers as well as public and private IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and cloud software offerings. The platform provides end‑to‑end cloud lifecycle management with features such as automated provisioning, billing integration, reporting, predictive analytics, and customizable storefronts.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to crafting intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences across ArrowSphere platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to support the design of new features and platform improvements.
You will help define user journeys, design interface components, and ensure a consistent and user‑centered design approach.
You will also bring some practical understanding of WordPress to support simple page building and design integrations when required.
Principal Responsibilities
User Experience Support
Contribute to the definition, optimisation, and improvement of user journeys, helping simplify complex cloud processes into intuitive experiences.
Participate in UX exploration: identify friction points, propose enhancements, and support user‑centric decision‑making.
Assist in maintaining and enriching the ArrowSphere Platform Design System to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Design & Delivery
Participate in the global UX/UI process across the platform ecosystem, ensuring all new developments align with UX standards and brand guidelines.
Design and prototype new features and improvements for various user groups (internal teams, resellers, end customers).
Develop responsive layouts, UI components, and interface elements supporting platform evolution.
Produce clear design specifications and, when needed, basic HTML/CSS snippets to validate feasibility.
WordPress‑Related Tasks
Create or adapt simple pages in WordPress (Elementor, or similar page builders).
Ensure WordPress layouts follow brand and design guidelines.
Support content or marketing teams with design integration on WordPress sites.
Collaborate with developers when minor visual or responsive adjustments are needed.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Support development teams during delivery to ensure accurate translation of design specifications.
Contribute to platform maintenance and iterative improvements across user journeys and interface elements.
What we are looking for:
A portfolio demonstrating 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design in UX/UI design for responsive web applications, ideally in SaaS, cloud, B2B or e‑commerce environments (in‑house or consulting).
Ability to apply UX principles and contribute meaningful improvements to user journeys.
Proficiency with digital design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Suite.
Some practical experience with WordPress page design.
Analytical mindset with basic familiarity with analytics tools.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑moving environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good level of English (global team) + French (minimum B2 level).
Comfortable working in Agile methodology.
Degree in UX, Multimedia, Digital Design, or related fields.

Technical: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not engineering‑level), WordPress editing
Bonus: Experience with AI‑assisted design tools (Figma AI, ideation, automation, etc.)
