Job Description

About the Project

HomeCom Easy is a mobile application developed by Bosch that allows users to remotely control their compatible heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems. Designed for convenience and energy efficiency, the app provides a simple and intuitive interface to manage home climate directly from a smartphone or tablet.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Project Migration: Support the transition of existing projects from Sketch to Figma, ensuring design integrity and functionality are maintained.

Design and Prototyping: Create and prototype intuitive graphical interfaces aligned with best design practices and user needs.

Usability Testing: Facilitate and support usability tests with end-users, gathering feedback to continuously enhance user experience.

Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to a continuous improvement culture, sharing ideas and suggestions to optimize both processes and products.

Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and define interactions for new and existing features to ensure smooth and intuitive navigation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers and developers, fostering a creative, open, and user-centered environment.

Qualifications

Academic Background: Degree in User Interface Design, UX Design, Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or Product Design.

Knowledge of Digital Interfaces: Strong understanding of best practices and trends in digital interface design.

Tools: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar.

User-Centered Design Experience: Familiarity with user-centered design methods and techniques, including wireframes, flowcharts, and storyboards.

Critical and Creative Thinking: Ability to explore multiple solutions to design challenges, assessing pros and cons of different approaches.

Information Architecture Structuring: Skilled in structuring information architecture and navigation mechanisms, using the right tools for each situation.

Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile development methodologies, their terminology, and objectives.

Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English to ensure clear communication in an international environment.

Willingness to Learn: Proactive attitude, curiosity, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Teamwork: Dynamic, collaborative, and proactive approach to teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.
