Duties: * Delivers frameworks, principles, and designs on a broad range of projects to accelerate large initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams and business units * Works on scalable platform solutions with velocity and rigor by leveraging and contributing to our company design system and innovating using new and existing tech capabilities * Develops prototypes for evaluative research and works with other designers on ideal state prototypes * Apply design thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms * Operates independently to drive design in partnership with many stakeholders across Design, Development, Product Management, Data/Analytics, Service Design * Influence a broad audience through strong narratives and visualizing ideas * Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
