Job Description
- A telecom customer is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team.
- Lead end-to-end UX research across multiple methodologies, with a strong emphasis on qualitative research (contextual inquiry, ethnography, workflow analysis, interviews, usability testing, etc.).
- Analyze and incorporate quantitative data to reinforce qualitative insights and produce well-rounded, meaningful conclusions.
- Conduct observational research, workflow analysis, interviews, usability and iteration testing, and one‑on‑one sessions with the dedicated teams
- Synthesize findings into clear, compelling narratives that educate stakeholders on the importance of the research process, research rigor, and user-centered decision-making.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of researchers, designers, developers, product managers, business analysts, and operations partners.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, setting expectations, guiding discussions, and advocating for user needs.
- Support research strategy and execution for the Advanced Wi‑Fi project, helping shape the future of the company’s Wi‑Fi experience.
- Can pay $55-60/h

Skills and Requirements
- 4–8+ years of UX research experience (or equivalent).
- Expertise in qualitative methods, with the ability to interpret and integrate quantitative data.
- Experience with workflow- or systems-based research.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in consulting or a similar environment is highly preferred.
- Experienced with a wide range of research methodologies—both generative and evaluative—and comfortable choosing the right method for the right question.
- Confident in managing stakeholders, guiding conversations, and explaining the why behind research, not just the what.
- Someone who ideally comes from a consulting, agency, or client-facing research background, with experience influencing decision-makers. - Telecom, Wi‑Fi, or technical product experience is a plus.
