Complete Description:  *local candidates strongly preferred*mgr will conduct initial phone screens. VRS is looking for a team of (one full time and one part time) seasoned and experienced “lead user experience designers” (herein after called “UX designers”) from the same vendor to partner with VRS key stakeholders and the development team to conduct workshops, design and develop low and high fidelity wireframes for myVRS online services and products. The ideal candidates will bring solid experience and proven track record of integrating strategy and best design principles to create high quality online products and services to the needs of VRS participants. The UX designers will have proven track record of designing online products and services that are intuitive and easy to use by blending art and technology. The UX designers will leverage myVRS design framework (both the flow and visual) as the basis for developing the wireframes. The user interface architecture must incorporate responsive web design principles, promote re-use of screens wherever possible, usability and ease of maintenance.
