Skills and Requirements 3+ years of visual design experience 2+ years of experience with a SaaS company Linear or Digital advertising experience Experience working directly with product, engineering, and QA teams Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with design systems like Figma or Sketch Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word Be detail-oriented Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary Be a strong team player but still a Self-starter Maintain solid presentation skills
