Supported by UX designers, you will be working with Product Managers and Software Engineers on everything related to innovative design.
As a UX Designer, you will be expected to increasingly be more comfortable with the following areas:
Product experience design lifecycle (from concept to detailed specification to implementation) - that would include: user research, personas definition, IA, concept generation, detailed design, all within a user-centered framework.

What you need to have:
minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the field;
Proficiency in prototyping tools to facilitate early user feedback, communicate design direction, and engage stakeholders in the decision-making process (e.g., FIGMA & Adobe Creative Suite);
Understanding of web and mobile technologies, specifically the UX capabilities of leading platforms;
Ability to think outside the box and a drive to solve complex problems.
Strong interest in becoming an expert on the product, technology, and processes;
High level understanding of the design process, why is important, the implication of “cutting corners”, and how to carry out one;
Fluent in English; other languages a bonus;
What makes you stand out?
Ability to think outside the box and a drive to solve complex problems. If you want your brain fully engaged at work, we are the place you are looking for;
Some understanding of the Agile UX design and software development methodology as you will work in close collaboration with Engineers, you will become proficient with time;
Theoretical and practical knowledge on how to run user research, from basic usability testing to more sophisticated exploratory research methodologies;
BA/BSc in Interaction/Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field. Knowing the theory in most cases does help the practice but a well rounded self thought designer is as good as master graduate
