Asset Engineering seeks an experienced UX designer to develop scalable AI solutions supporting multiple clients and internal initiatives. **Your role and responsibilities** * Lead UX strategy, user research, journey maps, and experience flows * Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and enterprise-ready designs * Run design thinking workshops and work closely with product, tech, and business teams * Guide junior designers and maintain design quality across deliverables * Support proposals, POVs, and design-led transformation work **Required technical and professional expertise** * 8-12+ years in UX/Experience Design * Strong portfolio across UX, visual, and interaction design * Hands-on with Figma, design systems, enterprise workflows * Solid grounding in HCD, design thinking, agile * Confident communicator with client-facing experience **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Service design, content design, or designOps exposure * Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation projects IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
