UX Designer - Hybrid in Glendale, CA

Overview

Seeking a UX Designer who can simplify complex workflows and create cohesive, user-centered experiences at scale. This role requires balancing strategy with craft designing intuitive digital products that unify experiences across systems and platforms.

Must-Haves

3-5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in complex or enterprise contexts.A portfolio showcasing strong interaction and visual design with examples of simplifying workflows/systems.Proficiency with Figma, including high-fidelity interactive prototypes.Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered methods.Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities.Comfort moving between big-picture strategy and detailed execution.Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Background in enterprise-grade tools, data-rich products, or design systems.
