We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to design and coding to build the end-to-end solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand and gather requirements to develop the best automation solutions.Contribute to user experience and user research activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs, behaviours, and pain points.Document and analyze research findings to develop actionable recommendations for the design team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into the design process.Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions to align stakeholders on user-centered solutions.Stay updated on UX Design, User research tools, methodologies, and best practices
