Description:

Design end-to-end conversation flows for chatbots and other conversational interfaces like IVR.Write conversational content that aligns with our brand voice and user needs.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies.Use data, user research, and testing to iterate and improve conversations over time.Define intents, utterances, and response logic for AI/NLU systems.Help establish and maintain conversation design guidelines and best practices.Advocate for the user and promote accessibility and inclusivity in language.


Qualifications

2+ years of experience in conversation design.Strong portfolio of conversational work (chat, voice, or multimodal).Excellent writing and editing skills with an ear for natural-sounding language.Understanding of design thinking, user experience principles, and accessibility standards.Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, IBM Watson, Voiceflow, etc.).Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative spirit
