**Job Description** **UWMedicine Accounting and Financial Reporting** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Senior Financial Reporting Analyst** _WORK SCHEDULE_ Full Time Hybrid Mon-Fri _DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION_ The **Senior Financial Reporting Analyst** will lead complex financial reporting, accounting, and process improvement initiatives across the health system. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing internal, external, and consolidated financial reports for UW Medicine Select Units and Harborview Medical Center, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Key responsibilities include joint venture accounting, Medicaid Transformation funding reporting, and subscription-based IT arrangement accounting, as well as supporting month-end close activities and audit processes. As a member of the Finance Team, the analyst collaborates closely with UW Medicine and entity leadership to deliver timely, relevant financial insights that support strategic decision-making. The position plays a critical role in evolving financial systems and reporting standards to meet the demands of a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
