With cutting-edge design and printing technology at our fingertips, we transform our clients’ visions into show-stopping moments that make a lasting impression. **Summary** Under direct supervision and eventually without, the UV Printer will operate the Q5R, H5, and Q3H (UV) or Reggiani and Fabri Vu (Fabric) printers ensuring proper maintenance and functionality to support efficient production processes. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services/Graphics team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Night Shift Schedule Overview** Our night shift hours are structured as follows: + **8-hour shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM + **10-hour shift:** 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM + **12-hour shift:** 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM Please note that these schedules are subject to change based on workflow demands and operational requirements. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Manages a production workflow to accurately produce banner graphics to minimize waste, labor, and costs. + Communicates directly with prepress, finishing and shipping departments to ensure critical deadlines are met and quality expectations are exceeded. + Collaboration with all team members to achieve high-quality output. + Interpret and utilize internal production documentation (GPOs, CAD designs, and detailed design renderings) to drive project execution. + Demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing change and remaining productive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. + Identify and solve issues by analyzing information and developing solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational success. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum 1 year experience operating EFI Grand Format printers and related large-format printing productions preferred. + Basic understanding of maintenance procedures for Digital printers. + Familiar with internal production documentation, including GPOs, CAD designs, and design renderings. + Basic understanding of Print Factory or RIP Software Print Factory. + Knowledge of various graphic production equipment, materials, and applications. + Profecient written and verbal communication and teamwork skills. + Requires organizational, analytical and follow-up skills with a keen attention to detail. + Previous experience working with deadline-driven goals, demonstrating flexibility in responding to changing requirements and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** Litmos will be assigned with in house training courses. **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
