About the Role

Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) has developed a comprehensive Utilization Operating Stack (Z.OS) that enables digital monetization of parking, tolling, and urban infrastructure assets.This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong partnerships, ecosystem activation, and direct commercial engagement within the utilization and infrastructure domain.This is a revenue-owning, partnership-led commercial role.
 

Role Overview
The Manager – Utilization & Infrastructure Partnerships will:

Drive revenue from the Z.OS platformBuild and activate strategic partnerships across the infrastructure ecosystemStructure commercial models with operators and infrastructure stakeholdersIdentify scalable growth opportunities across utilization assets

This role combines partnership development and active selling capability

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership

Carry defined revenue target within the Utilization portfolioClose commercial agreements directly and via partnersDrive recurring revenue growth

2. Partnership Development

Develop structured partnerships with:

Parking and infrastructure operatorsReal estate and asset ownersSmart infrastructure concessionairesUrban mobility ecosystem playersInfrastructure integratorsStructure revenue-share, concession, or platform-based commercial agreements.

3. Commercial Scaling

Identify high-potential deployment opportunitiesDevelop repeatable partnership modelsCollaborate with product teams to refine commercial positioning

4. Ecosystem & Cross-Sell Alignment

Support cross-sell opportunities across mobility stackWork with Digital Infrastructure and Logistics verticals where relevantEnable bundled mobility solutions where appropriate

5. Commercial Discipline

Maintain structured pipeline managementEnsure pricing discipline and margin focusDrive measurable adoption targets

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, or BusinessMBA preferred but not mandatoryExposure to infrastructure or PPP frameworks advantageous

Required Experience

5–8 years in one or more of:Infrastructure technology salesMobility or smart infrastructure platformsParking or ITS ecosystemsAsset monetization platformsProven ability to close commercial agreementsDemonstrated partnership-building capabilityExisting network within infrastructure or mobility ecosystem preferredExperience structuring revenue-share or concession models is a plus
