**Job Title: Utility Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Utility Worker who will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes, contributing to a safe and efficient kitchen environment. The role also involves performing light maintenance and custodial tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash. **Responsibilities** + Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils. + Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas. + Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management. + Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks. + Maintain and keep clean public areas, including restrooms, breakrooms, and hallways. + Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers. + Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning and janitorial tasks + Familiarity with food service operations + Proficiency in dishwashing and maintenance of dishwashing stations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong customer service skills + Ability to work in a team environment + Positive attitude and strong communication skills **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the privilege of working on a beautiful college campus with the added benefits of having holidays and summers off.
