Qualitrol associates enjoy the autonomy, breadth of responsibility, and creativity that are typical in a medium-sized company, while sharing resources, standard methodologies, and career opportunities that are found in Ralliant. **Your Impact** + Drive Qualitrol China utility business growth through promoting key project progress via industry vertical management, outstanding communication cross functions & regions, as well as new industry and application breakthroughs. _Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies:_ + Work with regional sales at existing key projects and new key projects to ensure having good win rate, participant and support global and local utility growth strategic growth initiatives. + Take leading the communication with Global CS,PM project team to ensure all process/customer demands can be moved forward smoothly + Work with sales director to create and implement local utility go to market plan. Base on Qualitrol products advantage and value proposition to pursue and develop breakthrough plan, no limited to industries, applications, segmentation, localization, etc. + Optimize and created China utility sales network drive business wins. + Take leading to gather and analysis industry and competitors’ dynamic information and explore innovative paths for Utility business. **Skills & Experience** _The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:_ + Bachelor University Degree with engineering major. + 8-10 years sales experience on selling electrical products/system + Experience working with international company is preferred. + Good English language competency, verbal and written. + Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills. + Strong team orientation and have a good experience in a multifunctional communication working environment. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. + Have a good experience on project business, as well as good experience related end-user buy process. + Like to challenge him/herself to jump out the box, and eager to win, even in a very tough market environment. + Good performance record in pervious company + Good sense on market and sales management _Preferred Skills:_ + Knowledge of T&D, Transformer, GIS markets and applications. + Sales experience of power transmission market _Working Conditions:_ + Office environment, either Company office or home office options + 60% travel **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
