A Utility Steward is responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?
As a Steward, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nWash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils\nScrub pots and pans\nBurnish, de-tarnish and polish silver\nStock and maintain supplies and equipment\nPerform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash\nTransport and store clean serviceware\nTrain other stewards, as needed\nPrepare and place clean serviceware for events and functions\n\nPay Rate
\nThe hourly rate upon hire is $22.02. After completion of 6 months of employment, rate will increase to $25.90 or the applicable union rate at the time.
