Principal Accountabilities: 

Completing and maintaining facility operations and safety by performing housekeeping assignments such as shoveling product, sweeping and/or washing. Ability to operate plant utilities for master sanitation scheduleInteracting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environmentOperating mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissor lift, etc.Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic computer skillsAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice 

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceExperience operating forklifts and/or similar equipmentExperience working in a production or plant environment
