Utility Operations Specialist - Bellevue, WA

Rate: $28.05/Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Securitas is seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Utility Operations Specialist to oversee and support day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring consistent service delivery by providing coverage, supervision, training, and support to security officers. What Your Day May Look Like

Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of subordinate officers.Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.Perform access control at secured entrances / exits ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted on site.Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems.Conflict resolution and de-escalation.Conduct equipment audits and identify safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid WA State driver's license and clear driving record required.At least 1 year customer service and 1 year security experience required.Standard computer / technology skills needed.Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication.Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
