Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cansTransfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areasComplies with outlined sanitation and safety requirementsSupports an excellent dining experience for all guestsAssists with front of the house and catering services as neededStocking: BOH duties as assigned by managementAssists with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment as neededConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime
