Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a remote team of four direct reports, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities. Set clear goals and performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Prioritize and assign resources to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.Operational Oversight
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of utility and telecom invoices, ensuring payments are made to maintain accounts in good standing. Ensure all utility accounts are properly set up and managed through Engie, and telecom accounts through Calero. Verify proper alignment of accounts to legal entities and business units. Ensure vendor setups are accurate and compliant with internal control requirements. Partner with Construction and Real Estate to establish new accounts Oversee the management of Engie, Calero and Waste contracts Support ESG Reporting RequirementsVendor & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors (Engie, Calero) to ensure service quality, timely issue resolution, and accurate month-end reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders including Accounting, Procurement, and Operations to support month-end close processes, accruals, and reporting requirements. Respond promptly to inquiries from vendors and internal teams with a high level of professionalism and customer service.Reporting & Controls
Monitor and manage account activity to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards. Collaborate with Accounting to support accurate monthly accruals and financial reporting. Generate and analyze reports using Excel and vendor systems to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations Prior leadership or management experienceSkills & Competencies
Deep understanding of AP processes, vendor setup, invoice workflows, and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and allocate team resources effectively. High level of customer service orientation and professionalism. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) is a plus.Compensation: $100,000-110,000 annual salary.
