At our Antalya plant in Turkey, we focus on the production of high-quality components used in dialysis therapy, including bloodlines, tubing systems, and accessories. With a dedicated team of 1,600 employees, our facility utilizes advanced technologies such as bloodline assembly, automated sub-assembly, extrusion, injection molding, and ETO sterilization. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Energy Systems, or related fields)
• Proven experience in facility infrastructure and utility systems, including:
o HVAC and climate control systems
o Hot and cold water installations in industrial plants
o Compressed air compressors, dryers, and piping systems
• Preferably holding a High Voltage Operation Responsibility Certificate
• Ability to create and interpret technical drawings; proficient in CAD software
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors on project planning, quotations, and delivery processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial facilities
• At least 2 years of technical team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements in manufacturing environments
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Team-oriented with strong representation skills
• Willingness to reside in Antalya
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure the continuous operation of all utility and infrastructure systems in a 24/7 manufacturing facility, together with the technician team
• Ensure the effective operation and sustainability of systems including:
o Water treatment systems
o Compressed air compressors
o Generators
o Chiller systems
o Nitrogen systems
• Track and report preventive maintenance and renewal schedules for all related machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure
• Lead troubleshooting and repair activities for utility and infrastructure systems
• Manage spare part stock follow-up and coordinate purchasing processes
• Monitor departmental KPI targets, drive improvement projects, and report progress
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards across all operational areas
• Support installation projects of new machinery by conducting electrical-mechanical risk and needs analysis to ensure timely and proper completion
• Organize mandatory periodic maintenance and testing processes for utility systems
• Prepare energy efficiency studies, feasibility reports, and implement saving projects based on analysis
