Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training & Timekeeping Administrator to support critical processes related to employee development and time management. This dual-focus role will oversee the implementation and tracking of training programs while maintaining accurate and timely timekeeping records. A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and familiarity with systems and tools related to training and workforce management. Key Responsibilities: Training Administration + Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training sessions, certifications, and compliance-related courses. + Maintain training records, ensuring all required documentation is current and accurately filed. + Assist in developing and updating training materials in collaboration with department leaders. + Monitor training programs and provide status reports to management, highlighting progress and compliance metrics. + Support the onboarding process by ensuring the delivery of required initial training to new hires. + Act as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries from employees and managers. Timekeeping Management + Maintain accurate and timely employee time and attendance records using [insert timekeeping system, e.g., Kronos, ADP, or other client-specific software]. + Support managers with payroll-related inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies regarding time reporting. + Monitor time-tracking compliance, highlight trends, and escalate discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders. + Assist in preparation of timekeeping reports and ensure approval workflows are followed correctly. + Participate in audits of timekeeping data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key Qualifications: + Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related administrative role, preferably in training coordination or timekeeping management. + Education: Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. + Technical Skills: Proficiency with timekeeping systems ([list relevant systems, e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar]) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is an asset. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with employees across all levels. + Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. + Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and resolve timekeeping or training issues proactively. + Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to foster positive relationships across departments and stakeholders. Requirements • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to effectively interact with various levels of the organization. • Experience using Autotime or similar timekeeping systems. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive mindset with a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.
