Job Description

Join our global User Research Team at Bosch Power Tools, where you'll collaborate with an international network of professionals across Product Development, Brand Management, and UX Testing & Design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive user-centered research initiatives throughout our product and communication development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

Define and perform qualitative and quantitative user research and testing procedures, along the entire product development processBrief and lead external research agenciesAnalysis, interpretation and reporting of research results with a strong Insights into action attitudeContribute to global research studies with data and insights analytics and support with questionnaire programmingSupport product development and innovation process by conducting and analyzing interviews with Tradesman, Professional Gardener and DIYerHelp build up in-house testing procedures for fast and efficient user testing

QualificationsBachelor/ master’s degree in psychology, user/market research, social science, psychology, business administration or related subject2-5 years’ experience in a user research agency or corporate environmentExperience in consumer goods – FMCG or DurablesBroad knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologiesFacilitation Skills: Demonstrated experience in moderating interviews, focus groups, and other direct user interaction sessionsExperience in managing external research agenciesKnowledge in statistical analysis and tools and willingness to pioneer with new methods and AI toolsExperience with quantitative survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Quantilope etc.)Ability to manage projects on a global level in a matrix organizationFluent in English (written and spoken)
