Key Responsibilities: * Plan and conduct user research using methods such as online usability testing, interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations * Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights that inform design and product decisions * Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers in a cross-functional Agile/Scrum environment * Present research findings in clear, compelling formats tailored to various audiences, including stakeholders and team members * Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle * Maintain and evolve research documentation, tools, and best practices
