User Adoption Specialist Job Responsibilities + Develop User Adoption Strategies:Create and execute tailored programs to boost product usage and meet the needs of key user segments + Marketing Campaigns:Collaborate with the team, design and implement targeted campaigns to promote product features and best practices through blogs, webinars, and social media. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns + Deliver Enablement Programs:Organize training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials to educate and empower users. Maintain a library of user resources, including guides and tutorials + Collaborate for Success:Work with cross-functional teams to address user pain points, advocate for user needs, and ensure feedback informs product development + Analyze and Report:Track user adoption metrics, evaluate campaign performance, and present insights to stakeholders Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field + 3+ years of experience in user adoption, customer success, or marketing, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry + Proven success in creating and executing user adoption and marketing strategies + Strong skills in creating training materials and customer enablement programs + Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions + Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms + Fluency in English language + A customer-centric approach and passion for helping users succeed What We Offer + Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus of 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Home office option ... and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
