We are looking for a User Adoption Administrator to join our HUB team in Pilsen. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in training management, administration, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), this role is for you! User Adoption Administrator Job Responsibilities + Training Administration:Manage user training programs, including scheduling, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection + LMS Management:Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), upload training materials, monitor user activity, and provide reports to stakeholders + Content Development: Collaborate with experts to create and update training materials (presentations, videos, guides) and maintain an accessible library of resources + User Support:Assist users with training programs, LMS navigation, and troubleshooting while fostering a positive learning environment + Data Analysis:Track training metrics (completion rates, satisfaction) and use insights to improve programs + Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals and communicate updates effectively Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, HR, or a related field + 2+ years of experience in training administration, user adoption, or a similar role + Proficiency with LMS tools and training management systems + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve processes + Fluency in English language + Passion for user education and a customer-focused approach What We Offer + Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus of 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Home office option ... and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
