Qualifications:

Proven track record with an exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).Previous auto sales management experience with expertise in vehicle appraisal, pricing, and sales processes.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.Ability to train and build a sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable in processes, products, and customer engagement.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer.Ability to analyze inventory, including pricing, vehicle conditions, and reconditioning needs.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Strong experience in vehicle purchase terms, trade values, and financing.Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while working in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.Ability to ensure that used vehicles are properly reconditioned and displayed.
