Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience acquiring used cars through trades, auction, social media, and third-party sources. Must be highly skilled in pricing cars, appraising, buying inventory at auction and wholesale. v-Auto experience is a must! Strong follow up and communication skills are essential. Must be detail oriented and organized!

Responsibilities

Responsible for all faces of acquiring a used-car inventory through, direct contacts, generated leads, off site auctions, dealers, internet inquiries from customers or any other available avenuesAppraise vehicles, understand vehicle condition, negotiate price, make financially sound purchasing decisions, and insures timely processing of all purchasesResponsible for understanding retail trends and participating in the inventory planning processDeliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. This highly accountable position uses lead management toolsRequires working in a fast-paced team environment, being effective as a self-starter and working individually as needs dictateGenerate leads and create appointments by researching the available used car marketMeet car buying quotasUnderstand market tendencies and the changes to the trends in all geographic areas.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($70, 000 to $84, 000), which includes commissions on (Commissions – “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses – "Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, Flat Rate Hours”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
