**The opportunity**
Our market-leading approach combines extensive local tax and accounting experience with standard global compliance methodology providing clients an integrated service that unlocks the potential of the compliance and reporting function across the entire record-to-report process. Mentored by nationally recognized professionals (including the firm's most senior talent), you'll be a trusted business advisor by delivering on our promises to our stakeholders - and play a critical role in building a better working world.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Develop technical skills and applying these skills to complex situations
+ Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations
+ Team across service lines, technical specialties and geographical boundaries to deliver exceptional client service.
+ Demonstrate professionalism through a positive, team-oriented attitude and maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products
+ Contribute to the overall success of the team by developing a thorough understanding of EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery
+ Monitor progress, managing risk, maximizing operational efficiencies and making sure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

+ A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
+ Plans to pursue becoming licensed as a CPA
+ A strong academic record, particularly in accounting and tax courses
+ Strong proficiency and a high level of comfort working with new and emerging technologies
+ Flexibility and willingness to travel
+ Bilingual: English and Spanish

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $63,500 to $95,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
+ Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
