Oversee daily operations for front- and back-end specialty pharmacy services, ensuring optimal workflow and compliance.
Provide clinical oversight and guidance, influencing key decision-making for patient care.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive utilization, manage costs, and achieve budget goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies, healthcare providers, and vendor partners.
Lead, coach, and develop pharmacy managers, supervisors, and associates to foster growth and high performance.
What You’ll Bring
Active pharmacist license in Florida with ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure.
Proven leadership experience in pharmacy operations, with a focus on specialty or high-volume settings.
Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and operational KPIs.
In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and quality assurance practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
