(USA) Senior Manager, Operations - Health and Wellness End to End
Position Summary...This role on the H&W Ops Acceleration team will be a key partner to drive acceleration of strategic roadmap priorities alongside product/tech.  Responsibilities will include discovery efforts on key business initiatives as well as development of business cases and securing funding (where applicable).

Partner with product, technology, and design as H&W business representation to identify high-level requirements for strategic roadmap prioritiesCreate program charters with business recommendations for strategic framework (business problem, high-level solutions, OKRs, value) in partnership with business strategy leadsCreate strategic roadmaps at initiative/feature level to detail high-level sequencing of priorities across programs/initiativesCommunicate value of strategic priorities with simplified connection to transformational strategyCollaborate with End-to-End pillar partners to detail cross-functional dependencies with stakeholder groups

The Ops Acceleration team is one of four pillars in the H&W End-to-End Operations and Support organization responsible for bringing the strategy to life for our associates and customers.  The Acceleration team is responsible for the inputs and outputs of the broader organization for increased productivity and rapid response.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
