What you'll do:
Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies.Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop consistent, actionable insights.Recommend and implement initiatives based on analytical findings to drive strategic growth.Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and programs, adjusting strategies as needed.Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute business opportunities and projects.Establish and oversee processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance measurement.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.Communicate business plans and priorities clearly to stakeholders and remove obstacles to success.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in business analysis with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and strategic insight development.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align business strategies and execute initiatives.Expertise in evaluating program and project feasibility through comprehensive data analysis and performance assessment.Strong skills in managing multiple business plans, driving process efficiency, and ensuring compliance with established standards.Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence and engage cross-functional partners.Proficiency in data visualization, KPI tracking, and reporting to support continuous improvement and strategic growth. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
