Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Executive Assistant, you will be part of the Kidney Care Finance function supporting corporate leaders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Assistant
**Location:** Deerfield, IL
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate/manage schedules for corporate leaders.
+ Build/prepare correspondence and complex presentations; develop databases/spreadsheets.
+ Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, including air, ground transportation, hotels, visas/passports, and meeting coordination.
+ Prepare expense reports; manage department credit line for purchases.
+ Support departmental projects and coordinate departmental meetings and events, both in-person and virtual.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or professional certification preferred.
+ 4+ years of experience at Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant level.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Strong organization and project management skills; ability to identify new solutions to complex problems.
+ Experience working with global teams and internal/external business partners.
