The Senior Analyst, International Business Development, Mexico, plays a critical role in enabling Marketplace Sellers to expand internationally. Supporting business by cultivating relationships and managing sales initiatives to maximize value. This position involves overseeing a lead pipeline, prospecting, qualifying, and guiding International Seller launches. This scope includes optimizing leveraging data to develop strategic hunting lists, drive marketplace flywheel adoption, and aligning stakeholders to business objectives. The Senior Analyst supports business growth through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership, ensuring compliance with company standards while driving continuous improvement and delivering results that align with organizational goals.
About the team:
The International Growth team supports marketplace Sellers to expand globally through strategic GTM initiatives. The team leverages meta data analysis to identify top prospecting opportunities and collaborates closely with Walmart US and International Home Office business units, including Marketplace, WFS, WRF, and WMC. The team is focused on driving international marketplace growth through strategic business development and operational planning, the team fosters strong international partnerships and delivers actionable insights to optimize cross-border Seller performance. Members contribute to sustainable growth by aligning strategies with international business objectives, managing risks, and enhancing value propositions, with effective execution and continuous improvement globally.
What you'll do:
Manage sales strategy, pipeline development, onboarding, and GTM for expansion Sellers.Lean in on new AI tools to augment SDR campaign effectiveness & outcome.Develop and maintain strong internal and external business relationships to support mutual value propositions and business objectives.Support broader Business Development units in pipeline management for both Strategic & Growth cohorts.Contribute to operational planning, decision-making, and execution to achieve business goals and identify cross-border growth opportunities.Provide expert guidance to Sellers on business processes, and ever evolving demands.Foster collaboration with key partners to deliver business solutions and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
