As a Principal, Technical Program Manager, you will be a privacy analytics program manager driving data de- identification initiatives.

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of a cutting-edge Privacy Analytics capability. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and compliant data de- identification as a service to empower privacy-preserving analytics across our data ecosystem.

As a Principal TPM, you will work at the intersection of data privacy, analytics, engineering, and product strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives that ensure sensitive data is protected while enabling valuable insights.

What you'll do:

Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for privacy analytics capabilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Product teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA).Managing and implementing projects with high visibility and business impact, using program management best practices and methodologies.Ensuring meeting program deliverables on time and with quality standards.Preparing independently clear, concise, logically structured, and meaningful Program Management framework, artifacts, and communications.Coordinating programs teams and building and nurturing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to align priorities and gain buy-in for key initiatives and strategies.Playing a key role in crafting and delivering executive-level communications and program updates, aligning the message with the organization's vision and goals.Identify and helping solve risks/issues/dependencies that impede team success and collaborate on ways to mitigate without impacting business priorities. Partnering with cross-functional teams and partners on cross-reaching initiatives and operations.


What you'll bring:

Strong Technical Program Management experience managing transformational and cross-functional programs.Proven experience on large scale programs/implementations. We value candidates with a PMP Certification or similar certification but is not mandatory.Proactive and innovative mindset.Hands-on driver of results, who is passionate about delivery.Proven leadership skills and ability to manage others directly or indirectly.Adaptability, particularly good execution, and focused on achieving results.Excellent influence and communication skills and ability to build relationships when necessary to work with cross-functional teamsAble to balance team priorities, communicate effectively, and translate dialogues or ambiguous requests into structured actions that achieve the desired business outcomes. A leader with a strong ownership mindset who gets things done no matter the obstacle with an exceptional sense of urgency.An advocate for the associates in the organization who reinforces the company culture and leadership expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
