Position Summary...• We are looking for a Principal Product Manager within the Customer Data Hub (CDH) team. You will drive the strategy, execution, and roadmap for building a scalable, secure, and intelligent platform that integrates and governs customer data across the organization. The Hub is focused on enabling self-serve capabilities for teams across the company, allowing them to efficiently access, analyze, and activate customer data for various business functions. This role will require strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to enable teams to harness customer data for analytics, personalization, and growth decision-making. You will lead a team of product managers, working closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and business stakeholders to create a seamless, compliant, and high-impact customer data ecosystem. What you’ll bring:
Defining and executing the Fulfillment vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Enabling self-serve capabilities (e.g natural language analytics) for internal teams, allowing them to independently discover, access, and utilize customer data effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Walmart Plus, Privacy ; Compliance, and Walmart Connect to enable high-value use cases. Driving product development with engineering, data governance, analytics, and compliance teams, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences. Defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact. Leveraging customer data and insights (e.g. customer journey optimization) to drive the growth flywheel, improve decision-making, and foster data-driven innovation. Advocating for the voice of the customer, ensuring product features align with user needs and deliver measurable business value. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
