About the Learning & Development Team
Our team is dedicated to building best-in-class training solutions for Walmart’s Specialty divisions, including Pharmacy and Health & Wellness. We collaborate across business units to ensure associates have the knowledge and skills to excel, directly influencing operational excellence and customer satisfaction.What you'll do... Design, implement, and evaluate complex training programs for Health & Wellness associates Audit and update learning content to align with business goals Lead facilitator development and deliver train-the-trainer programs Analyze trainee performance and recommend improvements Partner with stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and consistency What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years’ experience) in adult learning, training, or related field Background in teaching, facilitation, or adult education Experience in Pharmacy, Health & Wellness, or Call Center environments Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training content Strong analytical and project management skills #LI-MW3

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
