In this role, you'll manage critical programs from strategy through execution—building trust with stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and delivering measurable results that directly shape the future of our business. You'll report to the Senior Director of Healthcare Research Operations and work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
