Product Marketing Manager, Search Ads – Walmart Connect
As a part of Walmart Connect, you’ll build industry-defining ad platforms that enable Walmart suppliers and Marketplace sellers to connect meaningfully with shoppers, through high performing advertising that leverages Walmart’s massive omni-channel data.
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager for the growing suite of advertising products. In this role, you will own go-to-market for Walmart Sponsored Search advertising solutions, with a focus on growing Marketplace seller awareness. You will develop market and product strategies, create resonant product positioning and messaging, define and execute go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving market success and adoption of our products.
The ideal candidate for this role is a well-motivated leader who can establish product strategies that serve market needs and has a demonstrated track record of launching features into the market. They thrive in diverse, cross-functional environments, demonstrating a proven ability to navigate and influence marketing organizations. They are adept at synthesizing information from multiple sources and developing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and support product development. Experience working on search platforms or Sponsored Products and an understanding of the AdTech ecosystem is preferred.

Driving product adoption and usage by providing effective product launch strategy & supportLeading market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and representing the voice of the market internally with Product Management and other cross-functional teamsCollaborating closely with Product Management to define the vision, strategic direction and priorities for Walmart Connect’s product offeringIdentifying market opportunities; building data and audience driven product marketing strategy and developing a business case working closely with product teams and salesCreating MRDs (marketing requirement docs) and go-to-market plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product prioritiesCreating the product narrative and optimal materials, such as case studies, pitch decks, blog posts, help center articles, best practice guides, and other customer collateralPlanning and leading cross-functional efforts to drive successful alpha and beta tests to validate product-market fit, gain direct advertiser feedback and build use cases for more efficient product development iterationsDeveloping product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product suiteLeading sales enablement efforts, partnering closely with marketing and training teamsDriving adoption of products and ensuring best practicesProviding thought leadership on market and competitive trendsBeing an advocate and voice of the customerYou’ll sweep us off our feet if…

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
