Position Summary...The Manager, Digital Media is responsible for planning and executing self-serve cross-channel digital media campaigns with a performance media focus. You will manage programmatic, paid search, and paid social campaigns to meet business goals on Walmart B2B. The role is activation-focused, but you also should be able to make data-driven recommendations in support of business objectives, identify growth opportunities, and have experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and budget management. You will report to a Senior Manager, Digital Media.

What you'll do...Work closely with partner teams within Marketing, building a strong inter-team relationship.Serve as the digital activation lead across programmatic, paid search, and paid social channels, responsible for delivering on acquisition goals.Share weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting updates, providing strong data driven insights and recommendations.Monitor business performance and optimize channel allocations and tactics to meet marketing and business goals.Perform monthly budget actualization tasks to ensure spending is on track.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 2 years’ experience in self-serve performance media activationOR 4 years’ experience in marketing, 2 of which have been in self-serve performance media activation

3-5 years of experience actively managing and activating performance media campaigns at a digital agency or in-house at a brand.
