Position Summary...What you'll do...Job Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties in common and office areas, including bathrooms and windows.Complete daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins.Handle minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks) and report major issues to management.Follow safety procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment; use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Ensure common areas are free from hazards (e.g., wet floors, cluttered walkways) and report any damages or repairs needed.Receive Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements.Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely.Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.Participate in safety trainings and drills; maintain cleanliness to prevent accidents.Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols and demonstrate awareness of surroundings for personal and others’ safety.
Work Execution: Prioritize and complete work assignments using company policies and available resources.Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.Communicate progress and relevant information effectively.Identify and suggest improvement opportunities; adapt to changes and feedback.
Customer/Member Service: Show care and concern when serving customers/members.Ask questions to understand customer/member needs and use resources to exceed expectations.
Professionalism and Ethics: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity (e.g., Ten Foot Rule).Report ethical and compliance issues promptly.Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all work situations.
Adaptability: Adapt to changing work demands and remain focused during change or difficulties.Stay open to learning from assignments and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.30 - $22.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
