What you'll do...Role summary:

The (USA) Coordinator, Enterprise Business Services plays a vital role in supporting business operations through data analysis, process compliance, and administrative assistance. About the team:

The Enterprise Business Services team plays a vital role in supporting business operations through data analysis, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. The team collaborates closely with management and business partners to execute initiatives, ensure adherence to policies, and drive process improvements. Members contribute by providing administrative support, conducting quality control, and facilitating training. The team values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining a focus on delivering accurate insights and supporting compliance efforts. This collaborative environment fosters professional growth and enables the achievement of business objectives aligned with Walmart’s standards.
What you'll do: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations aligned with business objectives.Support management by preparing training materials, agendas, and information packets for meetings.Assist in research and review of process changes, communicating impacts to leadership and ensuring compliance with business controls.Create and validate documentation adhering to company standards and perform quality checks on processed data.Facilitate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations through monitoring and implementing action plans.Respond to customer inquiries, collaborate on dispute resolution, and coordinate communication between stakeholders.Collaborate with team members and business partners to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to support business objectives and inform recommendations.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with management, team members, and business partners.Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies.Demonstrated capability to support process improvements and maintain quality control through documentation and validation.Aptitude for managing multiple priorities, adapting to change, and delivering results with integrity and accountability.Commitment to fostering positive working relationships and supporting team development through coaching and feedback. Minimum Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service, or benefits administration

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
