US Treasury Manager

The role:

As a US Treasury Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

Managing daily cash operations and forecasting to ensure liquidity for US and Mexico business units, including oversight of investments, payment runs, and variance analysis.

Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of US/MX cash management structures, policies, and banking procedures in line with Group standards.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, negotiating services, overseeing account structures, and managing mandates, signatories, and user security.

Providing treasury support to business units and corporate functions, including rolling cash forecasts, tax-related queries, audit reviews, and regulatory filings (e.g., FBAR, 1042).

Coordinating treasury systems, tools, and services implementations, while ensuring smooth integration of new companies and supporting M&A, divestments, and other strategic projects.

Monitoring and analysing bank fees, loan activity, and treasury transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial objectives.

Acting as a key liaison between US/MX operations and Group Treasury, supporting projects, process enhancements, and evolving cash management initiatives.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Strong corporate treasury background with hands-on front office experience in daily funding, cash management, cash forecasting, and FX, along with familiarity with local banking rules and regulations. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACT membership, or other relevant finance/treasury certifications are highly desirable.

Strong understanding of risk, controls, and treasury processes while challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement.

Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced systems skills, including treasury management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; understanding of front- and back-office processes and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across multiple business units and stakeholders.

Highly organized, adaptable, and curious, with the ability to quickly understand business operations across sectors and sub-units.

Pragmatic, results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, process improvement, and delivering high work standards.
