**The Opportunity**
Our location in Lake Forest, IL / Willis Tower, Chicago, IL, currently has an opportunity for a US Senior Product Manager.
The **US** **Senior Product Manager** will serve as the strategic owner of key diagnostic product lines, driving marketing strategy, product performance, and cross-functional execution is a strategic partner to the sales organization, responsible for driving product execution and enhancing sales force effectiveness.
This role ensures that sales teams are equipped with the right tools, training, and ongoing support to confidently position and sell products in the market.
The marketer acts as a field liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure flawless execution and feedback integration.
This role blends general management with deep market insight, supporting all facets of Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product launches, sustained growth, and market leadership.
**What You’ll Work On:**
The Senior Product Manager shall maintain in-depth knowledge of the US market, including product expertise for products/franchises, as well as market sizes/trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance/benefits/weaknesses/positioning/competitive landscape.
The Senior Product Manager will drive product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on post-launch activities, including customer engagement, sales enablement, and lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and Global Marketing to ensure commercial success.
Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level, and market image.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Lead marketing strategy and execution for assigned diagnostic products, including multi-channel campaigns and territory planning.
+ Maintain deep expertise in U.S. diagnostics market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
+ Develop and update annual marketing plans, including segmentation, SWOT analysis, and financial forecasting.
+ Collaborate with sales leadership to identify market needs and refine messaging. Provide the sales team with tools, training, and resources to support their efforts.
+ Work closely with cross-functional New Product project teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and market execution, and develop detailed forecasting.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and market execution.
+ Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform strategy and optimize product performance.
+ Organize and support customer-facing events, webinars, and educational initiatives.
+ Mentor marketing team members and advise leadership on high-impact business initiatives.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING**
**Education:**
**Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing; or equivalent experience.
+ Proven experience in product launch and lifecycle management within regulated industries.
+ Strong financial, analytical, and market analysis skills.
+ Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
+ Ability to interpret technical and scientific data and comply with regulatory standards.
+ Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
**Preferred**
+ MBA strongly preferred.
+ Experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or general management.
+ Prior engagement with C-suite stakeholders and demonstrated negotiation skills.

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
