Position Overview: The US SI Head of Sales Excellence and Enablement provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Sales Excellence function. This position is accountable for enhancing sales effectiveness and overall performance through the development and execution of strategies, programs, and tools designed to optimize the sales process. The role also promotes the integration of digital technologies and data-driven methodologies, ensuring that the sales organization is well-prepared to achieve results that support organizational growth and profitability. This role is ideal for a change agent with deep sales process expertise and the vision to lead large-scale transformation in a complex, fast-paced environment. Strategic Mindset: Ability to view situations from a broad perspective, align actions with business goals, and make data-driven decisions. People Leadership: Build and empower high-performing team focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. Analytical, Technical and Process Know-How: Leverage data analytics, AI tools, and process enhancements to generate actionable insights and improve sales efficiency & effectiveness. Internal Collaboration and Communication: Strong cross-business knowledge and ability to communicate and partner effectively across Siemens. Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation, drive adoption, and manage resistance across a distributed sales force Impact: Ability to influence without direct authority. Training: Develop and implement sales training and development programs This position is a remote role that is located in the United States. You will make an impact by: Developing and implementing sales enablement and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives. Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Advancing digitalization, AI, and technology adoption to improve sales efficiency and data insights. Championing the use of AI and digital tools to drive predictive insights, real-time coaching, and sales content effectiveness. Ensuring alignment with global enablement frameworks and BU-specific go-to-market strategies. Having expertise in designing, developing, and delivering impactful sales training programs and leading successful sales development initiatives. Optimizing sales processes, quota setting, and inside sales structure in partnership with the business and sales finance. Leading a high-performing inside sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team members are motivated and engaged? Orchestrating the process of defining sales incentive plans, working in conjunction with the Compensation team and sales management Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution. Integrating ESG considerations into opportunity assessments. You will win us over by having these qualifications: 7+ years’ progressive experience in sales operations, enablement, or sales transformation roles—preferably in industrial/electrical distribution. Proven track record building and scaling sales enablement and transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Technical expertise in CRM, analytics, digital sales tools (Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, Highspot, Revegy, etc.). Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and change leadership skills, excellent communicator and collaborator. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. (https://www.benefitsquickstart.com/siemens/index.html) The pay range for this position is $252,000 - $322,000 annually with a target incentive of 35% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
