Roles and Responsibilities

担当領域にお販売額、利益、市場シェアの最大化と、製品及びソリューションによる高い顧客満足の獲得、製品のデモンストレーション、顧客訪問、フォローアップなどの企画・計画商談の鍵となるKey Opinion Leaderの情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンスチームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した、良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築

営業開拓の可能性を最大化させるために、関連ファンクション(営業、マーケティング、サービスチームなど)とのやり取り、リード

担当領域における製品およびソリューション提供の営業サポート

情報ツールの活用により、市場情報(競合他社情報を含む)を把握し、正確な現状のデータ及び 予想される情報の顧客への提供を行う

テクニカルアドバイスや最新の医療情報、臨床資料などの提供
