As a Recruiting Senior Specialist for US Recruiting Operations, you will deliver a superior candidate and client experience through excellent customer service and quality, use effective time management and organizational skills to ensure the timeliness, completion and accuracy of all requests according to the policy and guidelines while maintaining data integrity. In this role, you will interact with candidates, legal partners, Recruiting Managers, Stakeholders, Hiring Managers/Executives, Technology and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum of 3 year experience in a US Recruitment role, or equivalent experience in any HR facet (i.e. GES, Recruitment, etc.) required. Strong stakeholder management background managing clients across different job levels, a preference This role requires meticulous attention to detail Be customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills Be able to work under pressure and handle high volumes meeting deadlines Tech Acumen: comfortable working with tools/automation/robotics Have strong presentation, verbal and written communication Ability to perform Research & Investigation Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Internet are required Have strong attention to detail, strong follow through and results oriented Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment
