As our US Ledgers Analysis Lead, you will:
Contribute to the North America Finance value stream. The role entails development/enhancements deployment of all ledger inputs for US into the Finance Transformation Program (FTP)Overseeing the delivery deployment of Mainframe technology solutions for Finance Transformation ProgramExtensive understanding of financial accounting and interactions with the Business Process Owners, Finance Product Owners as well as the other FTP US IT teamsManage priorities, maintain activity schedules to ensure delivery in line with deployment planWork in an agile environment that requires reacting to changes quicklyParticipate in Agile/Program Increment planning, contribute to backlog refinement, and sprint deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment, including Program Increment Planning and 3-week sprintsManage stakeholders, including Finance users, change delivery teams, CTO and audit TeamsWork closely with Finance and technical stakeholders to maintain and enhance system performance
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $141,300.00 and $211,900.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
